The Heavy-Duty Gas Counter Broiler Revit Family is designed for restaurant, hotel and commercial kitchen projects. It includes a countertop cooking surface, front control knobs, supporting legs and a raised rear splash guard. This BIM model helps coordinate the broiler with gas supply points, ventilation hoods, equipment stands and nearby appliances. The recommended materials are stainless steel for the main body and splash guard, cast iron for the cooking grates and heat-resistant material for the controls.
